How many minutes of video a month?

Why did a short video use 30 credits?
Every video uses at least 30. A 12-minute vlog uses 30; a 42:10 interview uses 43, since partial minutes round up.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Each renewal resets your balance to the monthly amount. Free credits come once.
What if a video fails?
Its credits come back to your balance automatically. There is nothing to claim.
Does trimming save credits?
Yes. Trim before you start and only the part you keep is counted.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, from Plan & usage in the app. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
Do I have to wait on the page?
Only until the upload finishes. Then you can leave: processing carries on. While a Clipcowork tab is open, its title shows progress, and this browser can tell you when it’s ready.
